Total duration: 1.5 to 2 hours.
6pm - Argentine cooking class
An intimate and delicious experience: we'll start with antipasto and vermouth and then get hands-on to prepare empanadas, provoleta on the grill, criollo sauce, smashed potatoes and, of course, the juicy chorizo steak just right.
All paired with wines (not included) chosen by you in a local wine store, with the guidance of a sommelier.
Transfer to and from the hotel included.
Total duration: 3 to 3.5 hours.
Departure at 10:30 AM to one of the most prestigious wine regions in Argentina.
11:00 AM - Alta Vista Winery
We visit their century-old vineyards and 100-year-old underground cellar. We taste unique wines in an atmosphere that exudes history and elegance.
1:30 PM - Lagarde Winery
A 4-course lunch at the "Fogón" restaurant, located within the winery. Each dish is paired with their best wines, in a cozy setting surrounded by barrels and gardens.
On this first day we will have a professional photographer who will be there until noon taking pictures of the experiences and landscapes.
Departure at 9:30 AM.
Today, we travel to the heart of Maipú, where some of the most iconic names in Mendoza wine were born.
10:00 AM - Ruttini Winery
We explore its historical museum and learn about the legacy of one of the oldest wineries in the country while touring the facilities. We finish with a tasting of three labels from the prestigious Ruttini Reserva line: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay.
12:00 PM - Trapiche Winery
We visit this iconic winery, where century-old architecture meets innovation. We enjoy a guided tasting of four premium wines: Reserva, Gran Reserva, and Single Vineyard.
2:00 PM - Casa Vigil – El Enemigo
The final touch: a 3-course lunch paired with El Enemigo and Gran Enemigo wines at the legendary restaurant of winemaker Alejandro Vigil. A space that combines art, poetry, and signature gastronomy.
Option 1: Aconcagua — Extreme Nature
This experience invites us to breathe fresh air and be amazed by the vastness of the Andes.
During the journey, we will pass through: Cacheuta, Potrerillos, the village of Uspallata, and the Inca Bridge, making stops to photograph the landscape at any moment.
Depending on the weather, we will do a short trek to the "Horcones Lagoon." It is accessible for everyone, lasting 45 minutes to 2 hours at most, along a marked trail (no special equipment needed, just sneakers, sunscreen, and a warm jacket or windbreaker— even in summer). We will also visit the famous "Inca Bridge."
Lunch is included and will be at a restaurant in the village of Uspallata called "Nos sobran los motivos" (more rustic than those at the wineries).
Estimated return: 5:30 PM.
Option 2: Classic Uco Valley — Wines and Unforgettable Views
Departure at 9:00 AM for a day among vineyards and mountains.
We start with a visit to the Salentein Winery (11:00 AM), an icon of the Uco Valley, famous for its modern architecture, art gallery, and impeccable wines.
Next, we head to Bodega La Azul (1:00 PM), a family project with a charming atmosphere, where we enjoy a 5-course lunch prepared over an open fire, paired with reserve wines.

At 10:30 AM, we visit Zuccardi Piedra Infinita, globally recognized for its avant-garde design and top-quality wines.
Then, at 1:00 PM, we enjoy a paired lunch at CRUX, a boutique winery that surprises with every sip, in an intimate setting with attention to detail.
Estimated return: 5:30 PM.
Option 4: Cacheuta Hot Springs — Wellness Amidst the Mountains
